High Adventure Program
July 2010

Crew 55 sponsored two high adventure programs based at Camp Parsons, which is near Seattle.  The older group climbed Mt. Adams (snow from 6,000 ft to the summit at 12,276 ft).  Later in the week, they climbed to a high pass in the Olympic Mountains and then did a sea kayaking trip.  The younger group did a 5-day sea kayaking trip (over 50 miles of paddling!), plus a short hiking trek in the Olympic Mountains.
